Berardelli has 21 years of experience in evaluating structural, mechanical and environmental concerns on properties and buildings, with a background in building construction and indoor air quality He has extensive experience in structural integrity assessment and has worked closely with clients assessing building materials, structural integrity and property performance.

As a member of the State of Pennsylvania’s Mold Task Force, serving with Senator Wansac Mark Berardelli has worked to set regulatory wheels in motion for mold remediation for the State of Pennsylvania.

Each home we inspect is compared to others similar in age and nature. We will do a competent inspection in accordance with North Carolina Home Inspector Code of Ethics and Standard of Practice.
